Privacy Policy

We collect the following, each with your consent.

• Email address — entered by you when you subscribe to the newsletter
• A language preference cookie, named lang, used only to remember which language you are viewing
• Access information — connection details recorded by our hosting provider, such as your IP address and the time you visited

We use it only for the purposes below.

• Sending you the newsletter
• Replying to your enquiries
• Counting visits so we can improve the site, treated as figures that do not identify you

We handle email through Purelymail (Add Rabbit LLC) and Google (Gmail), both based in the United States. The address you enter is transmitted to them and stored on their servers. We do not share your information with anyone else without your consent, except where the law requires it.

We keep your email address until you ask us to stop sending. Access information is deleted by our hosting provider after the period it sets, normally a few months.

To ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, email us. We will confirm who you are and deal with it promptly.

• Access — ask what information we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix something that is wrong
• Deletion — ask us to stop using your information, or to delete it

We use one functional cookie, lang, which only remembers the language you are viewing. It contains nothing that identifies you, and we do not use it to track your browsing or to serve advertising. If you block cookies in your browser, your language setting resets on every visit.

We may revise this policy as the law or our services change. If a change matters to you, we will say so on this site.
